Location, location, location — this home’s unique setting between inlet and ocean means every room has a water view. We leveraged the setting by designing each room to maximize views and creating open, inviting areas for entertaining.
Waterfront Revival

A cozy sitting area accented by warm pops of blue and green and trimmed out with a window seat is an inviting place to cozy up with a book.

Stripes, pops of dark color and walls of windows conspire to make this living room/dining room feel relaxed yet sophisticated.

Our client wanted a Nantucket B&B feel for this guest room — we used a combination of spa – toned hues and richly textured fabrics to make it welcoming and special.

This master bedroom entryway gets a nautically inspired wall covering and a wet bar for morning coffee or a nightcap

Bold blue details in this master bedroom reflect the rich ocean hues outside and the beautiful wrap around porch brings the inside out.

We designed an oversized rectangular firepit to accommodate more seating for guests – all the better to enjoy the ocean air year – round.

The painting on the far wall of this boathouse kitchen is actually a television with a custom shade (designed with a piece from a local photographer). Lift it up to watch, pull down to cover.

A garage was converted to a Boathouse complete with Nanotech doors fold open on both ends of the boathouse space and performance fabrics throughout make it a complete indoor – outdoor experience.
