SHIPPING
Items under a certain weight will be shipped via FedEx or UPS. Items over a certain weight will be shipped via a white glove carrier.
Once you submit your order online, A Casabella concierge consultant will be In touch the next business day to finalize shipping method, cost and confirm your order. Once the shipping charges have been approved, your card will be charged for the Item(s) plus shipping.
We regret that we are not able to cancel orders for in-stock merchandise once orders are placed through our fulfillment center.

At Bella Collection, we stand behind our products 100%. We work with some of the best vendors in the world, partners we believe to be distinctive in the marketplace. We’re confident that the design details and quality of our item will meet, if not exceed, your expectations. Your satisfaction is important to our team, and we’re always here to help.
To prevent the Inconvenience of an Item being the wrong size, please measure your space and make sure the Item will fit where you wish to place It.
Online sales are considered a special order and are a final sale.
All shipments must be Inspected upon arrive and any damages noted on the packing slip and the shipment must be refused at the time of delivery. For White Glove delivery Items, your signature is required at the time of delivery and any damage is to be noted at the time of delivery and refused as noted above.
To report a damaged Item, you must submit a copy of the packing slip that notes the damages along with confirmation that you refused the Item at the time of delivery. The email should be sent to rachel@casabellainteriors.com. There are no exceptions. A Casabella concierge consultant will work with you on replacing the Item. Once the items are received back and inspected, the refund will be processed.
