Our client’s city home is formal – full of antiques and dark furniture. An antidote to their urban lives, they chose this picturesque 1,800 square foot waterfront property on the Cape because it was an idyllic spot for relaxing after a long week. We met her when she purchased a rug from our shop. One thing led to another, and the couple hired us to transform their outdated vacation home into a light and airy hideaway.
The only thing missing from the picture on the left is us, soaking in the sea air and chatting about what a fun project this was.
We stripped the hardwood floors and gave them a new life with one-of-a-kind custom gray stain.
Crisp and bright from every angle – there’s just no getting tired of a room where sunlight floods in.
In a small home, flexible spaces are a must. This one is both an office and guest room.
Every house guest brings you happiness. Some when they arrive, and some when they leave.
Taking life at the beach to a new level of sophistication…
We were on a buying trip when we spotted the duck painting, right. “Paddy” became the inspiration for this downstairs’ guest room.
